Your artwork.
Your business.
A plain-language look at what this website and its support form do with information.
Your artwork stays in the desktop app.
SimpliForge processes images on your computer. This website does not receive artwork or saved projects from the application. The support form does not accept attachments.
What you send to support.
If you submit a request, your name, chosen reply method, contact details, support topic, operating system, optional app version, and message are sent to a private Discord support channel. The support team uses those details to understand your request and reply by your chosen method. Discord processes the submitted information as the channel provider.
Please do not submit passwords, license keys, payment details, or confidential artwork. Only share the information needed to explain your request.
Cookies and technical information.
The support endpoint uses a necessary session cookie to protect the form. It also keeps temporary rate-limit counters based on a keyed identifier derived from your IP address. These counters help prevent spam and do not contain your message. Your hosting provider may maintain normal server and access logs.
This site does not include advertising trackers, a marketing mailing list, or third-party analytics. Fonts, screenshots, and guide assets are served from this site.
Retention and requests.
Support messages remain in the private support channel while they are needed to handle and refer back to a request. To ask about an earlier message or request its removal, send a support request with the reference number and the contact details you used. Do not include the original sensitive information again.
The guide and store.
The guide and PDF can be read without submitting the support form. Purchasing will happen through the HueForge store when the listing is available, under that store’s terms and privacy information.
